Jolene Andrews
Operations Director, Asia Pacific

In her role as Operations Director, Asia Pacific, Jolene leads the support teams consisting of marketing, human resources, learning services and IT. Their objective is to support the strategic, operational and financial goals of the entire Asia Pacific business.
Jolene joined Aquent in 2003 as an onsite Operation’s Manager at one of our Australian clients, a leading information, advertising and directories business in both print and online. She set up and managed a flexible workforce of up to 80 people across three states.
Since then, Jolene has managed several major national and international projects including the production of the Aquent Orange Book – Aquents’s salary survey and industry monitor of the creative, marketing and communications industries – and the integration of three business acquisitions in Perth, Melbourne and Adelaide from a people, process and technology perspective.
In 2006 Jolene moved to Hong Kong to set up a complete design studio for Philips Design, combining a range of communication designers, mac operators, rendering designers and interactive designers. Jolene then managed the re-branding of Aquent’s business support division to Eloquent Staffing, before moving back to Sydney to take up her current role.
Before joining Aquent, Jolene held senior roles as a business analyst, operations manager and marketing product manager across a range of industries including banking, manufacturing and information technology. |
