I’m not talking so much a supersized, expansive feast here. Rather, this ‘main’ is generous and appropriately-sized and aims to have the ‘diner’, once finished, feeling ‘pleasantly full’ but nevertheless still wanting dessert or, to end this metaphor, to see more of you.

History
In 1986 three Harvard University classmates started a desktop publishing business in their dorm room. As a side business they acted as talent agents for their friends, connecting designers they knew with creative projects. That side business (originally called MacTemps) quickly became their main focus, with operations spreading across the United States and, in 1991, overseas.
Over the years, Aquent has frequently been referred to as innovative, pioneering, and progressive. “From the beginning we wanted to do things differently from other staffing firms,” explains co-founder and CEO, John Chuang.
“For instance, in 1992 we were the first agency in the US to offer comprehensive and affordable healthcare and retirement benefits to our talent. People said we’d be bankrupt in a year. Turns out we weren’t. In fact, we ended up establishing a new standard for for the industry.”
Harvard Business School was so intrigued by Aquent’s ‘crazy’ approach that they wrote a case study examining how Aquent built loyalty among the contingent workforce, a study that was taught to every MBA student.
Today, Aquent talent work with many of the world’s most valuable and well-known brands. We have over 70 offices in 18 countries with headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts.
